Hi there! I work as a recruiter with a National IT Staffing company. I get about three positions every day from my boss and I post the important ones on job boards. On an average I get about 150 applications for each position. Reading resumes good or bad has really impacted my performance. Many times I have thought of quitting. I need the money but not the stress.

Friends, I am a small business woman in New Jersey and last year got on the vendor list to supply healthcare professionals for a hospital chain with in the Tristate area. Since I was starting out I did not have the big bucks to hire a full time recruiter. So I had to DO IT MYSELF.
